Informational Workshop for Entrepreneurs February 21

(SARASOTA)- An informational workshop regarding a Community Entrepreneur Opportunity (CEO) business training program will be held on Tuesday, February 21 from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the North Sarasota Business Resource Center, The HIVE, 2714 N. Osprey Avenue, Sarasota. Learn what the CEO program has to offer to entrepreneurs who want to start a business or take an established small business to the next lever.

The next CEO 12-week course will begin on March 6 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Classes will be held every Tuesday through May 22. Topics include market strategies, competitive analysis, design and development of a business plan, operations and management, financial components and much more. Class instruction is by counselors from State College of Florida’s Small Business Development Center and other business experts. CEO is supported by City of Sarasota, Newtown Redevelopment and Suncoast Workforce. This program is sponsored by Comerica Bank, CHASE and SunTrust Bank so there is no charge to students to participate.
